A courtesy notice from the friendly Solano County Superior Court got my juices flowing and when you get to be my age anything that gets those juices flowing is a good thing. Still I’m not sure that protecting my safety is the prime directive here.
Anybody out there share my pain?
Sorry Ralph, when it come to law breakers, I’m more into inflicting pain than sharing it 🙂 Welcome to the Criminal Justice System, by the way, where the justice one receives is indeed criminal. The basic fine wouldn’t be so bad it’s just all the ‘penalty assessments’ that jack it up 100%. Gotta pay for all us bureaucrats don’t cha know.

I guess I still question why I need to pay for the bureaucrats. And if I do need to pay for the bureaucrats then why not just levy everybody a bureaucrat fee each year? I’d fee so much better if I thought that everybody was treated the same.
