Last week’s video discussed the possibility of the November elections being postponed or cancelled by President Obama if he felt his tenure was being threatened.  That video posited that he might find an excuse to declare a national emergency

NO Martial Law

and martial law in order to continue to hold office if it looked like the election might not go his way.

While that suggestion smacks of paranoia…the show IS The Tinfoil Hat Club, folks…it IS a possibility that he just might try to do it.  There is one problem, however.  How could he gin up enough “civil unrest” to be able to actually pull it off?  This week’s video takes a look at HOW to intentionally cause widespread civil unrest…and maybe, just maybe, get Continue reading »

I don’t know  if this is a phenomenon local to Salt Lake City or not.  It seems that businesses all over the valley have been targeted for years by a group of protesters.

These protesters always have a large printed sign on a PVC pipe frame that declares in large red letters, “SHAME ON….” the business name, and “Labor Dispute” on the bottom. I have never been able to see a pattern to it or a reason for it.

These signs are attended by usually 3 or 4 people of various races, genders and persuasions.  Again, no real pattern to it.

Now I am all for Free Speech and the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution of these United States, but come on, When you start protesting the hospital that saved my baby girls life with 2 years of dialysis and then a transplant, you piss me off no matter what minimum wage, questionable legal right to work in the US,  labor dispute your tiny mind dreams up on  bottom shelf liquor and who knows what other substances.

I don’t know what their issues are, I can’t find out anything about them on the net.  And forget asking the protesters themselves, they just look at you an shrug like they don’t understand English.

You know I did see one of these signs outside of Disneyland last year.  I guess it is not local to SLC.  That was the guy I asked what they were protesting.  “Labor Dispute” was all he would say.

You know, go ahead and protest, just know what in the name of all that is holy  and right you are protesting about.  Or at least have some sort of….something on the net to tell me why I shouldn’t bring my right to bear arms in direct conflict with your right to assemble and freely speech.

I’m just sayin’

For three over three years, Obama has waffled on human rights.

He supported the Arab Spring…but didn’t actually DO anything, and now we have a terrorist organization, that ignores rights, running Egypt.

He was all for going after Moammar Gaddafi, but seems afraid to act in Syria.

He doesn’t act, even in diplomatic support, when Iranians take to the streets, giving the United States and the world it’s best shot at stopping the Iranian nuclear weapons program…but he supports, and encourages, rag-tag groups of students, led by union organizers and American Socialist Party leaders, when they “Occupy” banks, crap on police cars, overrun restaurants and other businesses, and steal and rape other protesters among them.

He has failed to take a firm stand on human rights…but he can’t any longer.  A Chinese dissident has his back against the wall, and his choice is human rights or kiss some more Chinese ass:

Now…if you are like me, you don’t trust Obama to do the right thing regarding the topic in the video…but we, you and I, can…CAN…force his hand if we yell loud enough, so…

Start yelling…to congress, to the state department, and to the White House.

We have a legeslature we hire when we vote them into office. It’s bad enough that we are pissing away our money by being corrupt liars in their actions, but they are lazy too. They work hard at not having to do what they were hired to do, and

one way they avoid work…and responsibility…is by handing responsibility AND POWER off to agencies that abuse that power and the people it is applied to:

A look at John Pozsgai’s battle with the EPA:

The EPA had enough of Pozsgai placing topsoil on his own land, so they set up secret surveillance video cameras to record some of the filling activity. Armed with this evidence and aerial photographs, the EPA had Pozsgai arrested and indicted in September 1988 for “discharging pollutants into waters of the United States.” Keep in mind that the “pollutants” consisted of earth, topsoil, sand, and clean fill. (Under the Clean Water Act, a child at the beach dumping a bucket of sand into the ocean is technically “discharging a pollutant into waters of the United States” and can be arrested for doing so without an EPA permit!) The EPA readily admits that no toxic or hazardous wastes were involved in this case.

note Mr Pozsgai died on October 11, 2011. He fought the EPA for 25 years, and died as his daughters continued the fight, speaking to a House committee on Government Abuse at the very moment he died.

From Businessweek Magazine:

The Sacketts say they were stunned. The owners of an excavation company, they had secured all the necessary local permits. And Chantell Sackett says that before work began, she drove two hours to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to consult with an Army Corps of Engineers official. She says the official told her orally, though not in writing, that she didn’t need a federal permit. “We did all the right things,” she says.

The EPA issued an order requiring the Sacketts to put the land back the way it was, removing the piles of fill material and replanting the vegetation they had cleared away. The property was to be fenced off and the Sacketts would be required to submit annual reports about its condition to the EPA. The agency threatened to fine them up to $32,500 a day until they complied.

They won…but they lost…

Sackett v The EPA

You have a choice:

Believe in the “cradle top grave” federal government…believe that the government will take care of everything, and that this MUST be right because, after all, the government did ot, or…

Raise holy hell! I’ve been telling you how…have you listened? Are you willing to get off the couch, put down the chips and beer, turn off “American Idol” or todays MLB game, and DO SOMETHING, or are you just going to sit there, fat and happy, thinking things like this only happen to other people?

I’ll lay off the federal government and the Obama administration this week…though I have a feeling I’ll be back on their butts next week…because the fact is, STATES do as much harm and are as wasteful as the feds.

One would think California would be my favorite target among the states…and one would think wrong. You’ll be surprised to see my target (hint: it’s considered conservative).
